All conference registrations are made online at aznahro.org. Registration fee includes admission to all sessions and panel discussions, the Opening Ceremony, the Social Event, 2 days continental breakfast and lunch, conference program and give-a-ways.
Cancellation Policy:
All AZNAHRO conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing under the terms below. Request may be emailed to Kathy Nugent at Kathy_Nugent@tempe.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored.
Full Refund - More than 30 Days Notice: To receive a full refund, AZNAHRO must receive a written request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference.
50% Refund - 14 to 30 Days Notice: Requests for refunds received by AZNAHRO more than 14 days but less than 30 days of the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of the conference fee.
No Refund - Less than 14 days Notice: Requests for refunds within two weeks of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
