Special Project Manager
The Special Project Manager position at the City of Tucson’s Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD) is primarily responsible for asset management of City/El Pueblo Housing Development (EPHD), owned affordable housing, and working with staff across the department. They manage the oversight of third-party property managers, property compliance, monitor operations, track and report on property performance. They will also manage other high-priority HCD/EPHD projects.
