All conference registrations are made online at aznahro.org. Registration fee includes admission to all sessions and panel discussions, the Opening Ceremony, 1-day continental breakfast and lunch, conference program and give-a-ways. Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by July 16 and forwarded to AZNAHRO via e-mail to MHess@glandaleaz.com to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Please note: AZNAHRO secures conference arrangements and assumes contractual liability based on attendee registration numbers; AZNAHRO therefore is not able to grant refunds after July 16 nor allow for credits toward future events. Attendees agree to this policy by registering for the conference.
