Resident Service Facilitator

The Resident Services Facilitator works with and reports to HAMC Resident Service Coordinator. They are responsible for the facilitation of service programs, activities, and events for HAMC resident properties. Responsibilities include providing direct onsite support and scheduled hours of resident contact opportunities to ensure specific service deliverables and including partner organization and HAMC Resident Services sponsored activities. Examples of these include Career Readiness programs, connecting residents with needed and available community resources such as emergency utility programs and other basic need resources, coordinating and implementing social activities & educational programs for youth, adults, seniors, and families. The Resident Services Facilitator will need to be hands-on and a self-starter.
